EVALUATION, ASSESSMENT AND TESTING FOR LANGUAGE MINORITY TEACHERS (3) Issues in nondiscriminatory evaluation, assessment and testing of linguistic, academic, cognitive and social achievement. Instruction, assessment and documentation strategies, tools and computer based models at the local, state and national levels will be considered. Construction and presentation of a field-based case study.
