Credit Hours: 3.00. Theory and empirical techniques behind numerical general equilibrium analysis. The course is divided into two parts: 1) development of the basic analytical framework and model properties, and 2) in-depth study of selected applications in international trade, price analysis, and resource and environmental economics. Homework assignments involve a mix of qualitative analysis and microcomputer-based computational exercises. Prerequisite: AGEC 60400; Prerequisite: ECON 51100 or 60700.
