Prerequisites: Successful completion of previous DPT coursework. This is a 12-week full-time clinical experience focusing on the care of patients with a wide variety of diagnoses. The experiences will vary with the student's previous clinical experiences and areas of interest serving as a guide for selection. Under the direct supervision of a physical therpist, students use the knowledge and skills gained in didactic coursework to examine, evaluate, diagnose, develop a prognosis and expected outcomes and intervention plan and impletment that plan for patients with a wide variety of medical diagnoses.
