An in-depth study of the central and peripheral nervous system as related to functional and clinical neurology. Lectures are based on 18 units of the nervous system as covered in the course textbook. Laboratories consist of the study of the surface anatomy of the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system. Internal structures of the brain and spinal cord are studied in coronal, sagittal and axial sections, as well as x-rays, CT-scans and MRI series.
