Subject:
Description:
Page Design, Site Management, and JavaScript Essentials Prerequisite:None Two textbooks are recommended for this course; both are available at the ECSU bookstore. You will learn how to plan a website and organize your source materials. Next, you will then learn how to use Microsoft FrontPage 2003 to create professional quality sites. If you learn to use FrontPage like a professional, you will gain the advantage of the ease of use that FrontPage provides without getting that "amateur" look to which the misuse of FrontPage can lead. You will learn how to correctly use FrontPage and you will also learn how to create a website from scratch using a variety of tools, including basic principles of HTML and JavaScript (this is not a programming course). You will incorporate pre-written scripts into your work that enable client-side features in your sites. When you are done with this course, you will be able to plan and create a professional looking website. 0.000 Credit Hours 17.000 Other hours Levels: Non Credit Schedule Types: Workshop School of Continuing Education College Professional Development Department
