Reading And Language Arts II Prerequisite: Admission To The Teacher Education Program Corequisites: EDU 401, EDU 411, and EDU 412 This course provides pre-service teachers with an integrated approach to the teaching of the language arts (reading/language arts/children's literature), social studies, mathematics, and science in the elementary school. Both the theoretical and practical aspects of teaching will be explored and and curriculum materials developed based upon common concepts.
