Assurance Service Prerequisite: None Assurance services involve the collection of evidence in order to form an informed and objective opinion regarding the reliability and relevance of accounting and financial information. This course develops in students an understanding of the judgmental concerns faced by the accounting profession in providing assurance services, and instills the ability to apply professional concepts and standards to solving these judgmental concerns.
