5 FA SWRK 170, SWRK 200, SWRK 302, SWRK 303, SWRK 305, SWRK 325, SWRK 330. Majors only. SWRK 435, SWRK 485, SWRK 490A. Students are placed in an approved social service agency and, under the supervision of a qualified field instructor, engage in generalist social work practice with multi-level client systems. The approved agency may be public, non-profit, or proprietary. The Director of Field Education facilitates student placement. 240 hours in the practicum are required.
