This field course, offered during winter, spring, or summer break, explores regions of the world through a geographic and geological perspective. A different region is studied every other summer. Focus is placed on understanding the structural geology, tectonic landscape, surficial processes, and human-environment interactions of the region. Studnets will gain an intimate knowledge of world regions, landscapes and cultures.
