3 cr. Logic, design and ethics of evaluations including theory driven and multi level models. Emphasis on individual, group and community level needs assessment, process and activities assessment and outcomes assessment including social impact assessment. Data collection techniques will include survey questionnaire construction, interviewing, focus groups and case studies. Measures of efficiency and effectiveness will be examined. Prerequisite: Research Methods Course.
