This course is a review and integration of key concepts in chemistry and ethical issues in the discipline are discussed. At midterm, an exam will be given which must be passed with 70% or higher in order to pass the course. Each student will conduct a thorough literature survey, submit a formal paper, and present a power point presentation for the campus community on an approved topic by the instructor. Prerequisite: Completion of all Chemistry major required courses. The course meets three hours per week. Spring.
