Subject:
Description:
This section of the freshmen, or leadership course is designed for students who have a "B+" (usually 3.5GPA) in high school, or for non-traditional students who offer other indications of above average ability. In it, students will have to do more of the presenting themselves, and study skills they have clearly already acquired will not be present. On the other hand they will have a few more guest speakers, and will also have to do a more complete life plan and graduation plan than most sections will be doing. Special attention will be paid to future Honors opportunities at Highlands, in the context of major and career choices. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor required.
