Provides guidelines for safe operation efficient management of swimming pools and related aquatic facilities, and prepares the student to take the Certified Pool Operator Test for national certification by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Prerequisite: LSvc 230. programs available and the types of resources that are necessary to provide such programs. Field trips to existing recreational setting may be a part of the course.
