Course concentrates on aspects of organizational communication theory and specific speech skills useful for professionals in education, government, business and industry. Representative topics include formal and informal presentations, interviewing, dealing with media and public, audience analysis, use of graphics, negotiation and conflict resolution, non-verbal skills, listening, instructional techniques.
