Managing Anger and Frustration in the Classroom. This workshop is designed to be an introductory training session focusing upon the classroom techniques and practices of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). It is for those who want to learn how to apply REBT to both their professional and personal lives. The training session will present research, theory and techniques that will help the educator prevent and handle stressful (crisis) situations.
