Topic: Sports Marketing. Introduction of Sports Business examines and evaluates the business impact of the sports industry in the United States and the Global marketplace. Included in the course content and discussions is the in-depth look at sports organizations, leagues structures and operations, franchises, professional and amateur athletes, the media and public involvement. Key business elements of management, finance, marketing, operations, legal issues, communications and crisis management are featured throughout the course with a specialized application to the sports industry.
