Description:
-
An introduction to the field of viscous flow theory. The flow of incompressible fluids through internal conduits (such as channels, pipes, bearings, etc.) and external surfaces (such as turbine blades, plane wings, etc.). Flow problems in both laminar and turbulent flow regimes. Emphasis on understanding of basic physical principles and meaningful application of the theories to engineering problems. Graduate standing or special permission. 3.000 Credit hours 3.000 Lecture hours Levels: Graduate, Rackham, Undergraduate Schedule Types: Lecture Mechanical Engineering Department
