Principles of creative thinking, innovation, and group dynamics will be examined. The steps of creative problem solving will be presented and used in a practice problem: 1) problem definition, 2) verbal brainstorming and other idea-generating methods, 3) creative idea evaluation, 4) idea judgment and decision making, and 5) implementation.
