Characteristics, identification, assessment, and instruction of students with exceptionalities are addressed. Includes students with learning disabilities, behavior disorders, emotional impairment, mild mental retardation, communicative disorders, visual and hearing impairments, orthopedic impairments, giftedness, and chronic medical conditions.
