This gateway course provides the theoretical and methodological foundation to embark on the study of three key interrelated spheres of communication: Public and Organizational Culture, Public Advocacy and Democratic Culture, and Intercultural Communication and Global Culture. Students will have the opportunity to examine salient societal issues within each of the major areas, and explore connections between the different areas.
