The structural and functional relationships of the human body at the cellular, tissue, organ, and system levels are analyzed. Students identify the major anatomical parts and relate these to the physiological activities of the circulatory, skeletal, nervous, muscular, and digestive systems. The homeostatic effects of fluids, electrolytes, and acids and bases throughout the integrated human body are analyzed. Four hours lecture, three hours laboratory.
