Credit 3 hours. Prerequisites: Completion of all requirements leading to certification in Parish or City School Supervisor/Director of Special Education and permission of Department Head. This course meets the three hour requirement for a practicum in special education administration that is necessary for certification as a Parish or City School Supervisor/Director of Special Education. Course will focus on the role of the administrator in all aspects of implementation of federal, state and local regulations regarding special education.
