This course will address contemporary issues facing members of organizations such as violence in the workplace, sexual harassment, age discrimination, privacy issues regarding e-mail and computer use, gender discrimination, ADA requirements, and the relationship between media and government. Will also examine the issue of intellectual property, and court cases, which have shaped the present constitutional and legal communication environment.
