This course explores professional codes of ethics and standards related to research and practice of psychology. Emphasis will be placed on application of the American Psychological Association Code of Ethics and standards in the field. Students will analyze and evaluate ethical and legal decision-making practices and operations within professional organizations. Cultural and social factors and the implications for scholar-practitioners are also explored.
