This course will provide the opportunity to discuss and evaluate essential leadership and supervisory skills. Understanding and applying leadership behaviors, as well as basic management skills will expand a construction manager's knowledge and abilities. Students will learn how management problems influence efficiency, productivity and employee morale. Offered spring semester only.
