This course will provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform Windows server pre- and post- installation, along with the skills necessary to perform day-to-day maintenance on a Windows server. At the completion of the course, the student should be able to create and administer user and group accounts, troubleshoot login problems, setup and administer permissions for files and folders, set up and administer printers and administer the Windows server and workstation OS in real world situations. This course prepares students for MicroSoft's Windows Server and TestOut's ServerPto certification exams.
