MAT 135 (Formerly MA 118) Introductory Statistics and Data Analysis This course introduces descriptive and inferential statistics with an emphasis on techniques and applications to real-world situations. Topics include descriptive statistics, statistical distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, contingency tables, regression, and correlation. Prerequisites: MAT115 or MAT120 or MAT150 or NURS41 (3 Credits)
