Topics covered include review of quadratic and higher degree equations and inequalities; properties of functions and graphs including algebraic, polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic functions; partial fractions; systems of equations, determinants and Cramer?s Rule; Binomial Theorem; conics. NOTE: MAT 160 and MAT 165 together can be used to fulfill any prerequisite or graduation requirement that requires MAT 180.
