Continues to develop the theory, operation, and programming of automated manufacturing systems. This course will focus on three main types of manufacturing automation including; Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Computer Numerically Controlled Machines (CNC), and Robotics. Students will be required to integrate and troubleshoot computer controlled machines in a manner that represents actual advanced manufacturing production processes in a project oriented learning environment.
