3 credits Co-requisite: CIS202 This course presents fundamental programming concepts. Included in this course are problem solving and algorithms, various design tools, programming structures, variable data types and definitions, modularization, and selected programming languages. Techniques are introduced to enable students to develop programs. As part of this course, students will apply programming concepts in CIS202, which is a co-requisite for this course. This course is a suitable substitution for the programming CORE of the AAT and AAS CIS programs.
