4 credits, (3, 3, 0) Prerequisite: CHM 112 This course covers the theories, principles, and practices in standard gravimetric, volumetric, calorimetric, and electronic analysis with special emphasis on equilibrium in acid-base and oxidation-reduction reactions and stoichiometry of chemical equations. Laboratory is required and will include classic techniques in chemical analysis, modern methods of chemical separation, and basic instrumental techniques.
