4 credits Prerequisite: Admission to program This course is a detailed study of common pathological conditions and the drugs of choice used in their treatment. Course focus is on description of conditions and diseases of the organ systems including etiology, signs and symptoms, methods of diagnosis, and treatment. Expected student outcomes include ability to analyze signs and symptoms in identifying disease entities and ability to describe appropriate diagnostic and treatment modalities.
