3 credits, 9 hours (0-0-9) Prerequisite: Licensed managing cosmetologist (1 year of experience); Co-requisite: 211 or permission of instructor This course is designed to provide practice through working with a cosmetology instructor in a mentoring relationship. Emphasis is placed on communication, student assessment, and assisting students in the lab. Upon completion, the student should be able to communicate with students, develop a course of study, and apply appropriate teaching methods.
