3 credits, 5 hours (1-4-0) This course provides instruction on how to plan, develop and install equipment surveillance and reliability strategies. Descriptions of various maintenance techniques for specialized preventive programs are discussed and computerized parts and equipment inventories and fleet management systems software are emphasized. Upon completion, students should be able to set up and follow a preventive maintenance schedule as directed by manufacturers.
