Topics include economic outlook for construction, employment outlook, job opportunities, training, apprenticeship, entrepreneurship, construction tools, materials, and equipment, and job safety. Upon course completion, students should be able to identify the job market, types of training, knowledge of apprenticeship opportunities, construction tools, materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
