5 credits, 7 hours (3-4-0) Prerequisite: DC Electronics or instructor approval Students learn the interfacing of instrument devices with electrical control systems. Subjects include recognizing, drawing, wiring, and troubleshooting typical ladder logic circuits, relays, motor starters, and other digital control devices. Upon completion, students will be able to design, draw, wire, and troubleshoot basic ladder logic circuits that include both relays and motor starters.
