Course is designed to meet training requirements for police traffic radar operators required by the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST). Course has an emphasis on speed offenses and enforcement, basic principles of Radar, speed measurement, legal and general operational consider- ations, operation of specific Radar/Lidar devices, moot court, and same direction moving Radar.
