Credits -1-8 The purpose of this education practicum experience is to give first and second year education majors an opportunity to gain volunteer experience with age-appropriate children in an educational setting. Students participating in this practicum must successfully complete a criminal history verification check. Practicum situation may include one-to-one or small group tutoring in reading, math, or other areas in a classroom setting. Required in Elementary and Secondary AAOT transfer degree, AAS and Certificate degrees for paraeducators.
