Credits -4 Lecture - 3 Lab -1 This online course examines the evolution of planet Earth based upon the dynamics of interacting systems and physical geological attributes of the planet including geologic time, physical phenomena, and weathering. A "field exercise" will be included that will integrate physical geology concepts with a "real world" experience that will be conducted in the community of each individual student. Course fulfills laboratory science requirement.
