This is a continuation of Irish stepdancing techniques and styles, emphasizing advanced work in soft-shoe and hard-shoe step-dancing, body placement, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, weight shift, coordination, and rhythm. The effects of Irish Step-Dancing on other forms of dance is explored.
