3 hours credit. This course provides the student with basic Spanish phrases, questions and commands pertinent to hotel management and staff who supervise Spanish-speaking employees. It also provides Spanish language material for hotel staff to better assist Spanish-speaking clientele. Discussions also cover cross-cultural issues of Hispanic community members.
