3 hours credit. Prerequisite: IN 112 HTML. This course will enable the student to use Common Gateway Interface (CGI) and Perl to create Web-based applications for Windows and UNIX operating systems. The student will be able to add functionality to Web pages and create interactive Web applications. The student should be familiar with the UNIX or Windows operating system and have a basic understanding of how to use the Internet before enrolling in this course.
