3 hours credit. Prerequisite: IN 238 with a C or better. This course will enable the student to optimize and maintain the SQL Server 2005 database environment. The student will learn various strategies to troubleshoot and enhance database performance while maintaining data integrity. The student will also investigate how business requirements impact data quality and learn how to respond to various security needs in the installation.
