3 hours credit. Prerequisite: IN 131. This course will enable the student to install and administer a Microsoft Windows network infrastructure. The student will plan addressing and name resolution strategies, secure a network infrastructure and harden servers using policy objects and security templates. The student will also learn how to implement network load balancing and server clusters. The student will install and implement certificate services, secure communications with IPSec, and monitor the network for security issues.
