1 credit hour. Prerequisite: MU 279 with a C or better and audition. This course will enable the student to work towards greater skill on their particular instrument or instruments, while at the same time building his/her overall musicianship in a collaborative environment. The student must demonstrate greater skill level and greater musical maturity than the second semester course. The student will learn the specific skills involved in accompanying rather than focusing on solo playing. This is the third course in a four semester sequence.
