This course is designed to prepare the student in the repair and diagnosis of computerized engine controls and electronic fuel injection. This course will cover General Motor's CCC, Ford's EEC, and Chrysler's engine computers and their relative sensors. The student will utilize monitoring equipment as well as self-diagnostic capabilities to analyze the systems. Also required will be the rebuilding and adjustment of computer-equipment carburetors and electronic fuel injection systems. Offered: Spring Prerequisite: AUT 201 Applicable toward graduation at CSC where program structure permits: Degree or Certificate - AAS, AGE, All Certificates General Education - Not Applicable
