3 3 4 This course is designed to familiarize the student with the history and principles of elementary manual numerical control programming. Machine operation and experiences in programming using linear, circular, interpolation, rapid traverse, tool length offsets, tool changes, 2 axis canned cycles; and introduction to repetitive programming will be emphasized through two class projects. Offered: Spring Prerequisite: MTL 101 plus concurrent enrollment in MAT 101 Applicable toward graduation at CSC where program structure permits: Degree or Certificate -AAS, AGE, All Certificates General Education - Not Applicable
