This course provides the student with specific information for safe work in an industrial environment. Students will be introduced to safety philosophies and terminology as well as to OSHA policy and the "Right to Know" laws. Also covered are units specific to fires safety, pressurized gases and welding, electrical hazards, and safe machine usage.
