This course will cover the ethical, legal, licensure, continuing education requirements, and patient education responsibilities of the respiratory care professional. Ethical and legal responsibilities of other health professionals will be discussed. The student will formulate a lesson plan, presentation, and appropriate test for a topic from the related field of Respiratory Care to a community of interest. (The instructor will set this up.) The student will formulate a resume, cover letter, letter of resignation, and a portfolio. Offered: Spring Prerequisites: ZRCP-450, ZRCP-440, and ZRCP-620 Applicable toward graduation at CSC where program structure permits: Degree or Certificate -AAS, AGE, All Certificates General Education - Not Applicable
