1 Credit (1 Lecture) Designed to contribute to Arizona Department of Health Services (A-DHS) Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (B-EMS) recertification requirements for Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMTB) according to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) EMTBasic National Curriculum and the Arizona EMT Basic Refresher Curriculum Guidelines. Does not meet National Registry of EMT (NREMT) refresher requirements for EMTs. Satisfactory/unsatisfactory grading only. May be taken four times for credit. Prerequisites: Current Basic EMT and CPR certifications.
